By submitting payment, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the booking terms, cancellation policy, supplier conditions, and payment schedule.
Travel arrangements are subject to availability and the individual policies of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers.
Planning, concierge, and administrative fees are separate from supplier charges and are nonrefundable once services have begun, except where otherwise required by law.
